A  campaign realized  by  the  Japanese   automotive   brand  Mitsubishi, to  motivate  the drivers  to stop   texting while   driving . This is a   nice   ad  for  an excellent   cause .  It’s  too  bad  that so  many individuals  are so freaking retarded  that they wont  stop  texting  while   driving   until  they get put  through  vehicular accident .

Artist  Alexa Meade   blends   painting ,  photography , installation, and  performance art  in her series of living, breathing portraits that are sure to deceive your eyes.

As you know, companies  invest  a  lot of money  on  advertising  campaigns in attempt to stand out from the crowd and persuade consumers to buy more. There are also print ads that serve to raise awareness about environmental issues like the WWF poster with an elephant disintegrating into sand,

Although  Robert Pattinson  has been included in this list, most illustrators tend to choose  celebrities  who have more wrinkles, or a big nose, or just facial personality that isn’t too symmetric and pretty. An example of this is literary Noble Prize winner  Jose Saramago  (who I met once at a book signing) whose face works wonders in caricature form… it is like someone was modeling him in plasticine. Despite the illegal nature of graffiti in the modern era, much has changed for some  writers in the last decade.  Odeith  for example, has created art for companies like Shell, Coca-Cola, Samsung,  Estradas de Portugal  and  S. L. Benfica .

Beards have been  trendy  for a while now, you have seen  facial hair  on celebrities like  David Beckham  and  George Clooney , models  Ricki Hall , Johnny Harrington  and others. But like with every fashion,  it comes and it goes . So is it good timing for  razor company   Schick  to launch a “Free Your Skin”  campaign ? I will let you decide.

Artists know that their process is as important as the product. In fact, the time they put into their work can directly affect how powerful and impressive their completed piece will be in the end. Here are some time-consuming works of art whose ends justify the means.

Oh the  deception ! What you might  mistake  for real birds are actually 3D paper sculptures by artist  Diana Beltran Herrera . She hand-makes these lifelike models by gluing  layers  of paper to form the torso, wings, and head. Carefully-cut pieces of paper are then meticulously added to serve as the birds’ glorious feathers. It takes her anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to finish each piece, which is totally amazing, considering she just makes these during her spare time!

Some people feels special connection with animals, which gives us a big part of why we find animal body art like this amusing and appealing.  There are all varieties of things that body artists can draw on their human canvases, however natural animal forms appear to match perfectly with the shapes of our own bodies.

Most doors are sadly ordinary, however they don’t have to be, they are able to function meaningful symbols of portals between worlds or between completely different aspects of our lives. When we set out to create a list of beautiful front door designs all over the world, we were stunned to find a number of really amazing front door designs there are out there which have been embellished with stunning craftsmanship and artworks.

Australian  artist CJ  Hendry  has a big passion for fashion and shows it through her massive hyperrealistic  ink drawings  of top name brands including: Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Armani, and Hermes.

Normal outdoor steps get a glorious  makeover  when they're  painted  by street artists all over the world. These lovely staircases are best when you appreciate them from a certain vantage point  - from above they may merely look like colorful splashes of paint - but they've been photographed so that you can appreciate the beauty and depth of each complete "canvas."

In a wanderlust-worthy photo series called "Follow Me To," photographer  Murad Osmann   is led around the world by his girlfriend, Nataly Zakharova. It started out as an accidental picture that was taken when Nataly pulled Murad forward after becoming impatient with his constant photo-snapping, but now, the world has fallen in love with this adventurous couple.

French street art duo Vanessa and Stéphane, better known as Urban X Stitch, decorate ordinary chain-link fences across public city streets with bright and colorful cross stitched characters.

In this ongoing series titled  Unlikely , artist and photographer  Giuseppe Colarusso  imagines bizarre and humorous objects, each of which is either technically impossible, improbable, or simply useless in its proposed design. Colarusso tells me via email that many of the pieces he fabricates himself, however some are digitally created in Photoshop. So what’s the point? He hopes each image will make you stop, think and hopefully bring a smile to your face, which is definitely a worthy cause. Also, I would pay top dollar for that spray paint can with adjustable hue sliders, so could somebody make that? Carl Jara  aka  Grain Damaged  is an award-winning, professional sand sculptor from Cleveland, Ohio. Jara says he has known since high-school that he wanted to be an artist. After studying Illustration and Graphic Design at the Myers School of Art, Jara realized he did not want to become an illustrator or graphic designer and that his true passion was sculpting.

This project began in the spring of 2009, and is by far the most popular thing I've ever done. Hopefully you'll like it too. Images are made by finding old photographs of places, printing them out, and then holding the print up in the modern day location that the original photograph was taken.
